I hired them for a one-bedroom apartment move across the city and was very impressed. The crew worked quickly but paid close attention to detail, especially with my fragile belongings. “Professional, responsive, and careful”
The team was very responsive, professional, and communicative throughout the entire job. I would rate them 4.5 stars if possible–the only shortcoming was that they sent two movers instead of three, even though I had communicated in advance that we had a 24ft U-Haul and a 16ft storage container to unload into a 2,700 sq. ft. home. Naturally, with fewer movers, the job took longer than the initial estimate. With an additional mover, I’m confident they would have finished within the quoted time frame.
That said, the movers worked efficiently, handled our belongings with care, and left no scratches or marks on the walls. I’d definitely hire them again, but next time I’ll confirm the crew size needed to complete the job within the estimated hours.”
